The team that led the construction of the KC Streetcar downtown starter line is excited to be together again to build the Main Street Extension. KC Streetcar Constructors (KCSC), a joint venture made up of Herzog Contracting Corp. and Stacy and Witbeck, is joined by Burns & McDonnell and JE Dunn Construction to form the initial construction team.
